Ingredients
2 pounds Canadian bacon, cut into 8 slices
8 slices canned pineapple
Honey Glaze
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon pineapple juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
Preheat grill. Use low to medium flame. Combine Honey Glaze ingredients. Thread Canadian bacon and pineapple alternately on spit, centering for balance. Cook on the rotisserie, brushing every 15 to 20 minutes with Honey Glaze, until heated through and lightly browned, for 40 to 60 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
